ROOFING SYSTEMS

Fluid Applied Coatings

Roof coatings have grown tremendously in the past 10 years. Roof coatings can be installed over existing roofing systems; built-up roofing, metal roofing, Cap sheet/Mod bit, single ply membranes and spray foam roofing. A roof coating is a monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membrane. Coatings have elastomeric properties that allow it to stretch and return to their original shape without damage. Coatings offer an array of benefits including considerably less expensive than a traditional re-roof, superior UV reflectivity keeping your structure cool, no disruption to your business, an expedited installation, federal tax incentives, Energy Star and Cool Roof Rated. multi-year manufacturer warranties are available.
