Mod-Bit
Modified bitumen commonly referred to mod-bit, is a roofing system that are multi-ply systems consisting of 2-3 layers of a composite and top coated with granules. These systems are mostly utilized in low slope roof areas
Built up Roof
The built-up roofing system simply defined as multiple layers of roofing plies (typically 2 to 4) adhered with adhesive or hot asphalt. The roof system has a surface of gravel embedded in hot asphalt or adhesive.

These systems are one of the longest lasting roof systems available when properly designed and installed. Metal roofing systems consist of concealed or exposed fastener systems, with most of the fasteners hidden from view.
